Big annual event on again in Boggabri

Boggabri Business and Community Progress Association members put the finishing touches to plans for Saturday’s  big Spring Fair  and Food Festival last night - Cath Collyer, Caz Nancarrow and Donna Turner.

Food, fun and fashions will be featured at the annual Boggabri Spring Fair and Food Festival on Saturday, but there is much more on the program.
This will be the seventh annual fair and this year the family event has even more of everything for everyone.
The annual Boggabri Spring Fair and Food Festival is always a hit and draws close to 2000 people.
The event is an initiative of the Boggabri Business and Community Progress Association to further showcase the town and support the community.
“It’s a family day,” said one of the organisers Donna Turner, who has been busy preparing for the big event with fellow team leader Caz Nancarrow.
“We have lots of fun events, entertainment and attractions for kids of all ages.”
Boggabri’s main street CBD area will be closed to traffic for the day which begins at 8.30am and runs until mid-afternoon on Saturday.
“We welcome everyone from across the shire and beyond,” said Ms Turner.
“We invite everyone to come to Boggabri and see what we have.”
