Narrabri Shire Science Hub searches for a new name

And it wants your help

Narrabri Tafe’s Richard Baranski and Cotton Research and Development Corporation IT manager Peter Harvey are among the committee members on the Narrabri Shire Science Hub.

There's little debate that a major focus of the education system these days, at least from the top down, is science education, and Narrabri Shire is certainly not behind the times.

Readers of The Courier and Wee Waa News will know all about the commitment of our schools to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education, with robotics education perhaps the most high-profile subject.

But behind the scenes there has been plenty going on, and a group looking to further advance such education, and provide practical support, is moving out from behind the curtain.

And it needs your help in deciding what it should be called.
