“I have been listening to people talking over the years and thought I would do something" - Penny Jobling.

Motivational speaker and business innovator Justin Herald.

A Narrabri group has convened a public meeting on Monday July 17 to provide a platform for discussion and ideas about business, marketing and developing strategies to take the business community forward.

Business innovator and award winning entrepreneur Justin Herald will be a special guest at the meeting to be held at Narrabri Aquatic Centre’s community room (see advertisement page 6.)

One of the organisers, shire tourism manager Penny Jobling, is planning the event with Tash Elder, Natasha Coffey and Ashley Watt.

“The ‘Think tank’ meeting was prompted by the fact that many businesses were ‘doing it tough’,” said Ms Jobling.

The group will be looking to discuss strategies to help move business and community forward.
