Trinity Kelly is the 2018 Narrabri Bowling Club Major Singles champion.
On Saturday Kelly challenged Graham Spence in the decider.
He advanced to that match after defeating Paul Crutcher 31-10 earlier in the day in the semi-final of the competition.
In the decider Kelly and Spence contested a thriller, pushing one another 36 ends before Kelly was crowned champion with a 31-27 victory.
Kelly won 21 of those 36 ends, including seven of the first 10 to establish a 10-6 lead.
However, Spence won the next seven to go ahead 21-15 after 20 ends.
Spence won the 21st end, before Kelly won 11 of the next 15 ends, outscoring Spence 14-4 in that period.
After the 21st end Kelly trailed 23-15, which became 25-21 after Kelly scored a three on the 25th.
The eventual champion went on to claim one shot on each of the next six rounds to go ahead 27-25 after 31 ends.
Spence hit back with one shot on the 32nd, before Kelly scored one shot on both the 33rd and 34th ends to lead 29-26.
Spence then scored a shot on the 35th which reduced the deficit to two.
But Kelly finished the game off one end later, scoring the final two shots of the game under lights to claim the four-shot victory.
