The Narrabri Women’s Bowling Club’s Pennant team travelled to Moree on Tuesday and Wednesday to compete in the Region Three grade four pennant playoff.
And it returned home the champion, qualifying for the State Pennant Playoff which will be held at the Central Coast from August 8-12.
The Namoi District was the host district of last week’s playoffs, and the Moree Services Women’s Bowling Club was the host club.
Region Three is composed of four districts, which were all represented across the two days.
New England was represented by Armidale Ex-Services Club, Central Northern District by Gunnedah, East Gwydir by Delungra and Namoi by Narrabri.
Women’s pennants is played by two teams of four players which forming a side.
